The short version: You can cancel anytime and you will not be billed for the following month. We do not offer refunds on past billing periods or completed one-time purchases.
Your AI Recipe Box subscription renews monthly. You may cancel at any time through your account settings.
When you cancel: Your subscription ends at the close of your current billing period. You retain full access until that date. You will not be charged for any future billing periods after cancellation.
Refunds on past billing periods: We do not offer refunds for subscription periods that have already been billed.
Individual AI Cookbook purchases are one-time payments for digital content. Because the content is delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are final.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing content you have paid for, contact us and we will resolve it promptly. If we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time, we will issue a credit or refund at our discretion.
To cancel your subscription, log into your account, go to Settings, and select Cancel Subscription. You can also contact us at maidihelp@gmail.com and we will handle it for you. MAIDI is a small independent business and we do our best to respond as quickly as possible, typically within 3 to 5 business days depending on volume.
